Terms of Service

Exovia Trade is a business platform that helps users manage trade-related leads, buyers, suppliers, quotations, orders, documents, follow-ups, activities, and business communications.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity performed through your account.
• Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that information, documents, communications, and trade records entered into the App are accurate and lawful.

You must not create an account using false information or impersonate another person or organization.

The App may allow users to create or join an organization workspace. Organization administrators may manage users, roles, permissions, templates, records, documents, and other workspace settings.

You understand that authorized users in your organization may access information made available within that organization workspace, according to their assigned permissions.

You agree not to use Exovia Trade to:

• Violate any law, regulation, export-control requirement, trade restriction, or third-party right.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or malicious content.
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive messages.
• Access another user's account, data, or organization without authorization.
• Interfere with the App's security, performance, or operation.
• Introduce viruses, harmful code, or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Use the App for any activity involving fraud, money laundering, prohibited goods, or unlawful trade.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

You retain ownership of the information, documents, files, and other content that you or your organization submit to the App (“Your Content”).

You grant Exovia Trade a limited right to host, store, process, display, and use Your Content only as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App and provide its features to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, share, send, or process Your Content through the App.

The App may allow you to connect an email account to send, receive, read, organize, and associate business emails with relevant CRM records.

Connecting an email account is optional. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to connect and use the email account and its contents through the App.

You may disconnect a connected email account from the App at any time. Our handling of email-related information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Exovia Trade is a software platform. We do not act as a buyer, seller, exporter, importer, customs broker, freight forwarder, financial adviser, legal adviser, or government authority.

The App does not guarantee:

• The identity, reliability, quality, legality, availability, or performance of any buyer, supplier, freight forwarder, CHA, or other third party.
• The accuracy of trade information, prices, HS codes, duties, shipping information, quotations, or documents entered by users.
• The outcome, profitability, legality, delivery, payment, or completion of any transaction.

You are solely responsible for verifying all business, legal, financial, customs, tax, regulatory, and trade-related information before making a decision or entering into a transaction.

Exovia Trade, including its software, branding, design, content, features, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Exovia Trade and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the App only for its intended business purpose and in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the App unless we give written permission.

We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure access.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time. We may also perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exovia Trade disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exovia Trade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, trade opportunity, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the App at any time. You may request account deletion according to the process described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create a security risk, misuse the App, or where required by law.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Exovia Trade Privacy Policy, available at https://app.exovia.trade/privacy-policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App.
